These Terms apply to brands and businesses utilizing The UGC Network to connect with creators for content collaborations, strategic support, or access to resources, including guides and templates.

By using The UGC Network, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided for specific services. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

The term “Content” shall include but is not limited to the Site, information contained on the Site, our materials/information, Products, services, any digital content delivered or downloaded via email or other electronic means, webinars, courses, classes, the UGC creator directory, live posts and the like, whether purchased or not.

The term “Product” or “Products” (although sometimes included within the term “Content”) shall also include but is not limited to materials, resources or information provided to you by us in our digital product, free guides, affiliate tools or courses, memberships, consulting services, brand and creator connections, and/or services or any digital content or information delivered or downloaded via email or other electronic means, webinars, documents, programs, courses, community, classes, PDFs, live video calls, live posts and the like.

-Content Strategy & Consulting: Customized recommendations and introductions to support brand campaigns, creator management, and content strategy.

-Affiliate Tools: Third-party platforms recommended by The UGC Network to support brand growth, such as analytics tools or UGC resources.

-Personal Information: Data shared by brands, such as business details, campaign needs, or preferences, collected per our Privacy Policy.

Informational & Educational Purposes Only.

The UGC Network provides tools, resources, and strategies for informational purposes only. While we aim to support your growth, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, collaborations, or revenue.

The guides, templates, and strategies are provided as examples and do not replace professional advice. Brands are encouraged to seek legal, financial, or professional guidance when necessary.

The UGC Creator Directory, introductions, consulting services, and any affiliated tools are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results. Success depends on various factors, including your business efforts, market conditions, and collaboration execution.

We are not liable for creator performance, campaign results, or third-party platform interactions. All resources and strategies are subject to market variability.

Use of Creator Directory & Tools.

Access to the Creator Directory is granted solely for the purpose of facilitating brand-creator collaborations. Brands must use the information for agreed-upon campaigns and may not:

-Brands may not use creator contact details for purposes outside agreed collaborations.

-Contact creators with unrelated or unsolicited offers.

-Share, redistribute, or resell Creator Directory data.

-Use creator information outside the context of The UGC Network services. The UGC Network reserves the right to revoke directory access for any misuse.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or use of the directory data is strictly prohibited. The UGC Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

Opt-In Consent/Email Communications.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive email communications from The UGC Network. These may include updates, promotional offers, and educational resources related to brand-creator collaborations. You may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link provided in our emails. Please note that transactional emails related to your purchases, requests, or inquiries will still be sent as necessary.

Digital Download Terms.

All downloadable materials, including creative brief templates and guides, are provided for your personal business use. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or rebranding without prior written consent from The UGC Network is prohibited. Misuse of these resources may result in termination of access and legal action if applicable.

Scope of Coverage.

These Terms apply to all current and future domains, channels, and offerings under The UGC Network, including but not limited to the free community, downloadable resources, affiliate products, paid memberships, and any associated services provided through Level Up Brands LLC.

Fee & Refund Policy.

Fees: Access to the Creator Directory, consulting services, or analytics solutions requires advance payment. Specific pricing will be detailed for each service.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or service interruptions caused by The UGC Network.

Purchases of affiliate products, such as Captivation Hub, are governed by the third-party provider's refund and return policies. Please review their terms before making a purchase as we do not process refunds or returns for affiliate products.

Brand Obligations.

By using The UGC Network, you agree to:

-Refrain from contacting creators with unsolicited offers unrelated to agreed campaigns.

-Provide accurate and up-to-date business information for campaigns.

-Comply with applicable laws and privacy regulations.

Consulting & Strategy Services.

-Consulting services include recommendations for creators, content strategies, and campaign execution.

-Recommendations are tailored to your goals but do not guarantee campaign success or creator performance.

Prohibited Activities

-Misuse of the Creator Directory or other resources, including data scraping or mass contact, is prohibited.

-Resale or unauthorized sharing of guides, templates, or other resources is not allowed.

Earnings Disclaimer.

Earnings and income statements made in our guides, creator directory, or promotional materials are examples and do not guarantee success. Results depend on various factors, including individual effort, skills, and market conditions. Any earnings or income examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guarantees of actual results. These scenarios are hypothetical and intended to inspire potential opportunities, not to promise specific outcomes.

Age Requirements.
Membership is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). If you are under 13 years of age, you are prohibited from using our Sites or providing personal information. Should we discover that a person under 13 years of age has provided their personal information to us, we will delete their personal information as governed by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”).

Sale of Business Assets.

In the event that Level Up Brands LLC or its assets are sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your personal and non-personal information may be included as part of the assets transferred.

Indemnification.

Brands agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level Up Brands LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees), and disputes arising from:

-Actions related to brand-creator collaborations facilitated through The UGC Network.

Our communities may integrate with third-party platforms, such as Captivation Hub, for enhanced functionality. Use of these tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

Our Sites may feature links to third-party websites or products. These links are for convenience only and do not constitute endorsements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of third-party sites.

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Captivation Hub, FastMoss, and others). While we strive to recommend valuable tools, these platforms operate independently and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.
